About Di Marco Group
The Di Marco Group is the family office for Adrian Di Marco, the founder and a major shareholder of one of Australia's largest and most sucessful SaaS companies, TechnologyOne, an ASX100 publicly listed company with a market cap in excess of $6+ billion dollars.
The Di Marco Group invests in Australia, USA, Europe and the Middle East across Public and Private Equity markets with a focus on Venture Capital and Alternative Assets. The Di Marco Group purpose is to manage the assets of the family for future generations. Its approach is based on Endowment Funds, taking long term positions across markets and actively managing risks.
In the area of Venture Capital the Di Marco Group has invested in a portfolio of 40+ fast growing early stage to late stage companies globally. The investments are primarily in SaaS (Software as a Service) companies building a global solution and that have strong recurring revenue, and demonstrable product fit and traction with supporting metrics. Given the genesis of the Di Marco Group, through an entreperneur and founder, the Di Marco Group has deep understanding of the founder journey and provides a supportive role to its investee companies. It provides operational real world experience and an alternative view to the traditional VC investor.
